TOUR FROM MARRAKECH TO THE DESERT (5 Days / 4 nights) - Ref: MOTMZM5

Day 1: Marrakech - Ouarzazate   
Morning departure by SUV from Marrakech to Ouarzazate via the beautiful road crossing the Atlas mountains and the pass at Tizi-N-Tichka ( 2260 meters ), then continuing on to join the Telouet casbah, the ancestral home of Pacha Glaouï, tour of the casbah, then going off-road to arrive at the Oumila Valley and the Ait Ben Haddou casbah for lunch and tour. Afternoon departure by SUV to Ouarzazate, dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Ouarzazate - Todra Gorges   
Morning departure by SUV for the Dades and Todra gorges, passing through the Skoura oasis, going off-road into the palm oasis with its casbahs. Toward El Kelaa M'Gouna we will take the route that crosses the Valley of Roses (the road of 1000 casbahs) to the Dades Gorge, where we will lunch. In the afternoon, we will take the road to the Todra Gorge, dinner and overnight at the hotel or B and B there.

Day 3: Todra Gorges- Merzouga   
Morning departure by SUV for Merzouga, passing through the valley of Tafilalet, lunch at Erfoud, continuing off-road across the hamada desert plain to the dunes of Merzouga; camel trekking (2 hours) with sunset over the dunes of Erg Chebbi ( 250 meters ). Dinner and overnight at the bivouac (under the tents).

Day 4: Merzouga - Zagora  
Sunrise in the desert, departure after breakfast across Tafilalet and the mineral-rich Bougafer plains toward Alnif, Tazzarine and N'kob, where we will lunch. In the afternoon we take the road to the Draa Valley and arrive in Zagora.

Day 5: Zagora - Marrakech   
Morning departure for Marrakech. From Zagora to Agdz the road follows the Draa valley, bordered by palm groves, fields and many mud-brick villages. Lunch at Tamnougalt (historic casbah in Agdz), then through the Atlas (“the black mountains”) to Ouarzazate and then to Marrakech via the pass at Tichka.
